Operate principle

PQWT-L7000 water pipe leak detector underground collects leaking sound signal through its sensor. It is the latest design for smart water leak detector, it is applied to different detecting leakage of outdoor water pipe, fire pipe, heating system, indoor PVC pipeline and underground heating floor pipe. Through the sesnor collecting and analyzing leakage signal, it solves the problem of pressure pipe water leak, save the water 

Widely Use

The device can useful to different kind of the  soil and environment , like the  concrete land, soft soil and so on and suitable for all kinds of underground metal and non-metal pressure pipeline

Preparation:

1. First, you need confirm if it have leak problem on the pipe.  we use the fir pipes as an example, it is necessary to check the pipeline pressure holding or decreasing pressure of the pressure meter in the pump station.

2. then, you need checking if there have  any unknown water flow around the pipe well.

3. Observe if there are any land subsidence around the pipes and if there abnormal any wetlands.

4. Use the detector to check the valve and abnormal leaking noise of the exposed pipes. It could be mainly checked if there are any signs of the abnormal leaking noise.

5. Use the underground pipeline locator  to find the location of the pipes, if the direction is unknown.

Notice:

1. It's forbidden to put the sensor into the water, and please put the sensor gently.

2. It's forbidden to use in flammable and explosive areas such as gasoline and natural gas.

3. If it is for outdoor pipeline leak detection, please select the corresponding detection parameters according to the actual environment.

4. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please charge it once a month at least.

5. When detecting the area like soft soil or a lawn, it is better to use the sensor to connect to the sound pole and insert it into the soil.
